The Marketplace only closes to SSLs with financing remaining. At the time of closure, any listings up for sale with financing will be temporarily removed from the site and placed back up for sale once the Marketplace reopens. If a listing or transfer for SSLs with financing is submitted during the closure, then the Rams will decline the listing or transfer and it will be deleted. The SSLs can be resubmitted for listing or transfer once the Marketplace reopens. This is to ensure that only compliant SSLs are sold or transferred. *Please note that even if the March 1 annual payment has been paid for the year, the SSLs still cannot be listed or transferred until the Marketplace reopens.
The Marketplace will remain open to list, sell or transfer SSLs that are Paid in Full.
